壓縮機保修期3年、整機為1年保修時間：
以發(fā)票上的出售日期算起包退政策：
1、在出售10日之內(nèi)，電器主要性能出現(xiàn)故障，比如空調(diào)壓縮機出現(xiàn)故障以及換熱器內(nèi)漏，這時可以提出包退；2、在出售一年之內(nèi)，聯(lián)系報修2次也不能修好的(主要性能)，這時用戶可以提出退機；
包換政策
1、產(chǎn)品出售15天之內(nèi)，如果電器出現(xiàn)主要性能故障，導致電器不能正常工作的可以換機；2、在保修期內(nèi)，主要性能部件連續(xù)維修兩次還是出現(xiàn)不能正常工作的現(xiàn)象，這個時候可以換機，并且重新開始計算包修期限，但是更換電器只能更換部分，不是整個機器；
下列情況不屬包修服務范圍：
(1) 消費者因使用、維護、保管不當而造成損壞的。
(2) 非我公司指定的特約技術(shù)服務部所安裝、維修造成損壞的（包括消費者自行安裝或拆動修理的）。
(3) 無保修卡及有效發(fā)票或購買證明的，且無法證明屬于免費包修期內(nèi)的。
(4) 保修卡不符或涂改的。
(5) 因不可抗拒的自然災害造成損壞的。
(6) 超過包修期限的產(chǎn)品。
